Light Refurbishment Project
This project involved a coordinated refurbishment across several areas of the property, including converting a downstairs shower room into a utility room, refurbishing the upstairs bathroom and upgrading the heating system to a combi boiler.
Projects involving plumbing, heating and room conversions need to be planned carefully so each part of the work fits together properly. Installation Approach
The different stages of the refurbishment were carefully coordinated to ensure the utility room conversion, bathroom upgrade and heating work were completed in the correct order.
The existing plumbing and heating arrangements were assessed before the required pipework alterations were completed. The downstairs space was adapted to suit its new use as a utility room, while the upstairs bathroom was refurbished and connected to the updated plumbing system.
The heating system was converted to a combi boiler, removing the need for the previous arrangement and creating a more practical setup for the property.
Where required, improvements were also made to the property’s existing plumbing system to support the new room layouts and ensure reliable long-term operation.
Once the work was complete, the plumbing, heating and hot water systems were thoroughly tested before handover.
End Result
The completed refurbishment has improved the practicality and use of space throughout the property.
The former downstairs shower room now provides a functional utility area, the upstairs bathroom has been upgraded, and the new combi boiler provides a modern heating and hot water setup designed for dependable everyday use.
