Terrazzo Bathroom Refurbishment Project
This project involved the complete refurbishment of a bathroom and cloakroom, including removal of the existing fixtures, installation of new sanitaryware and completion of the associated plumbing and finishing work.
The terrazzo-style design creates a modern, distinctive and practical space with a clean finish. As part of our bathroom installation and refurbishment services, each project is planned around the available space, everyday usability and long-term reliability.
Scope of Work
- Removal of the existing bathroom fixtures and fittings
- Bathroom and cloakroom refurbishment work
- Installation of a new bath, shower, basin and toilet
- Alteration of the associated plumbing where required
- Installation of fixtures, fittings and finishing details
- Final testing and inspection of the completed installation
Installation Approach
The existing bathroom and cloakroom were carefully stripped out before the new layout, sanitaryware positions and plumbing requirements were assessed.
The bath, shower, basin and toilet were installed securely, with careful attention given to alignment, access and the efficient use of the available space. The associated water supply and waste connections were adjusted where required to suit the new arrangement.
Any necessary improvements to the property’s existing plumbing system were completed as part of the refurbishment to support dependable long-term performance.
Before handover, all fixtures, fittings and plumbing connections were thoroughly tested to confirm safe, reliable and leak-free operation.
End Result
The completed refurbishment provides a modern, practical and attractive bathroom with a distinctive terrazzo-style finish.
The new sanitaryware, updated plumbing and carefully completed finishing work have created a durable space designed for comfortable everyday use.
